However, the Customs Investigation and Prosecution (I&P) Department, in its investigation, discovered that ID card of Zeeshan might have been misused to smuggle the heroin.

The I&P sources said that CCTV footage revealed that two men visited the GPO and booked the heroin for Spain using ID card of Zeeshan who had allegedly lost his card some days ago.

The sources said that Zeeshan has been arrested, however, interrogation is underway. The officials are also trying to arrest the main culprits of the heinous crime.

It was added that the Investigation Department is likely to catch the real culprits in a day or two.
