LAHORE: Customs Preventive Anti-Smuggling Organization (ASO) has seized six vehicles worth Rs 15 million, official sources told Customs Today here.
The sources said that on the directions of Collector of Customs (Preventive) Zulifqar Younus, the Anti Smuggling Organization headed by Assistant Collector Dr Muhammad Adnan Khan, initiated a crackdown against non-duty-paid vehicles and seized six vehicles which include two Toyota Mar-X cars, Honda Inspire car, Toyota Prius car, Toyota Lexus Hybrid jeep and Wrangler jeep. The value of the vehicles is around Rs 15 million.
It was said that the cases have been registered and further investigations are underway.
