Customs Preventive collects Rs 262m duty from Pak-Indian trade

LAHORE: The Customs Preventives has collected Rs 262 million custom duty from Land Freight Unit (LFU) Wagah during the first nine months of current fiscal year on account of Pakistan-India trade through border, according to official data.

It added that the major products which were exported to India during the period included dry dates, rock gypsum, soda ash, hydrogen peroxide, caustic soda, herbs, rock salt, linker and glass cement.
