ISLAMABAD: Dr Muhammad Shafqat Karim, a BS-19 officer of Pakistan Customs Service, has been granted 365 days leave preparatory to retirement (LPR).
The officer, presently posted as Secretary, Federal Board of Revenue (HQ), Islamabad, has been granted leaves with effect from July 04, 2016 to July 03, 2017. After expiry of the LPR and completion of the qualifying service of 25 years for pension and in exercise of his option for premature retirement, the officer will stand retired from Government service on July 03, 2017, the notification said.
