LAHORE: The Customs anti-smuggling seized non-customs paid goods and article including shopping bags and plastic granules worth Rs 5 million in a raid.
Sources said that the officials on a tip-off raided at a warehouse at Gajumata near Rohi Nullah and confiscated illegal shopping bags and plastic granules worth Rs 5 million.
The illegal items were owned by Mian Basharat who supplied the articles to the retailers.
The Deputy Collector of Customs Shafiqur Rehman, Superintendent Mian Ajmal and Khalid Butt raided the warehouse owned by Mian Basharat who supplies articles to retailers.
