The Islamabad Customs will submit the appeal on Wednesday (tomorrow). It may mention here that government officials and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Chairman Nisar Khan had issued special directions to file the appeal against the SHC decision.

It is stated in the appeal that case against accused model is under trial and allowing her to go abroad at this time can affect the trial process. Model Ayyan was arrested on the charges of currency smuggling worth Rs 50 million and according to law a fine about Rs 500 could be imposed on the model, the appeal stated.

It is also added that apex court should not consider it a case of Rs 50 million but a case of Rs 500 million. It has also been appealed the court to not allow the model for travelling abroad until the completion of trial.
