As per brief history of the case, customs authorities allegedly found some discrepancies in the auto-parts imported by the appellant and charged some amount which is payable by the complainant.

The appellant filed the appeal before the Customs Appellate Tribunal and produced all the relevant record before the court and appealed that the order passed by the former authority is liable to be set aside. On the other side, the counsel for respondent argued in favour of the respective party.

After the complete hearing of the case, Customs Appellate Tribunal decided the case and accepted the same appeal.
