All three employees have argued that their services were spotless throughout the career so the tribunal should cancel their transfer. The tribunal adjourned the hearing until March 3, 2015.

The Customs Service Tribunal will decide about their transfer appeal in the light of their service record and in this regard the tribunal has directed the department to ensure their presence on next hearing to present the record.
