Customs tribunal dismisses case of Ahmed Textile Mills on non-prosecution

LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal Lahore dismissed case of Ahmed Fine Textile Mills case for non-prosecution by the counsel for appellant.

As per details, an appeal was lodged b Ahmad textile against the decision of Model Customs Collectorate Multan but no one pursued the case.

While, Imtiaz Elahi counsel for Model Customs Collectorate Multan had been appearing in court to follow the case but the appellant did not follow the case on which Customs Appellate Tribunal Lahore dismissed the case of Ahmad Fine Textile Mills.

Imtiaz Elahi marked his attendance on April 9, 2015 then appeared on April 23, 2015, thereafter show his presence on May 5 and last time on June 2, 2015 but the case was not followed by the opposition party.
