LAHORE: Customs Appellant Tribunal Lahore disposed of the appeal of Model Customs Collectorate Multan against Muhammad Amin, Ghulam Shabir and others in diesel seizure case.
Customs Appellate Tribunal Member Judicial of bench-I, Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti heard the argument of both parties regarding the diesel, seized by Model Customs Collectorate Multan.
During the hearing, judge based on the standard specification of diesel approved by the Ministry of petroleum and Natural Resources and on the sales tax document which was produced by the respondent to counter the allegation, disposed of the appeal by saying “the appeal filed by department is dismissed having no merit.”
