Customs Tribunal hears 13 cases on Monday

LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal bench-II heard 13 cases on Monday and adjourned all the cases for next hearings.

The bench comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Technical Member Khawaja Omer Mehdi heard all the scheduled cases.

The bench heard the case of Digital World Pakistan versus Lahore Post Clearance Audit (PCA), Owais and Shoaib versus Lahore PCA, Ijaz Spinning versus Lahore Customs and Faisalabad Customs versus Kamal Textile.

The members also heard the cases including Faisalabad Customs versus Sweety Textile, Wateen Telecome versus Lahore PCA, Abdur rehman versus Multan Customs, Reheem BiBi verus Lahore Customs, Umer Hayat versus Lahore Customs, A.J Textile versus Faisalabad Customs, Lucky Cotton Mills versus Lahore Customs, Muhammad Yousaf versus Lahore Customs and Muhammad Awais versus Lahore Customs.
