Customs Tribunal hears 19 cases on Monday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal bench-II comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Technical Member Imran Tariq heard 19 cases on Monday and adjourned all of them until the next hearing.

Customs Appellate Tribunal heard one case of Amjad Ali versus Lahore Customs on direction of Lahore High Court (LHC).

Tribunal heard 18 regular cases, including Faisalabad Customs Intelligence versus Muhammad Akram Chohan, Saeed Buksh versus Lahore Customs Lahore, Faisalabad Customs Intelligence versus Arif Abdullah, Mobile Sales versus Lahore Customs Valuation, Fayyaz Trading versus Lahore Customs Intelligence.

On Monday, the tribunal heard cases of Mughal Steel versus Lahore Customs, Khawaja Asad versus Faisalabad Customs Intelligence, Fas Tube versus Lahore Customs, Lahore Customs Intelligence versus Rising Sun, Arzoo Textile versus Faisalabad Customs.

Furthermore, the tribunal heard cases of Sardar Ahmed versus Lahore Customs Intelligence, Fas Tube versus Lahore Customs, Rehmanullah versus Lahore Customs Intelligence, Shah PVC versus Lahore intelligence, Unique Tanning versus Lahore Customs, Ahsan Mehmood versus Lahore Customs, Shafiq Khan versus Lahore Customs Intelligence and Maxi In versus Lahore Customs Valuation.
