Customs Tribunal hears 35 cases on Wednesday

LAHORE: Two benches of the Customs Appellate Tribunal started hearing of cases on Wednesday and collectively heard 35 cases.

The bench-I comprising Chairman/Judicial Member judicial Justice (r) Malik Manzoor Husain and Technical Member Imran Tariq heard 17 case and bench-II comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshed Hakeem and the Technical Member Imran Tariq heard 18 cases.

The bench-I heard the cases, including Faisalabad Customs versus JS brothers, Informax Pakistan versus Lahore Customs, duty free shop four appeals versus Lahore Customs, Multan Customs versus Muhammad Sulman, Muhammad Javaid Iqbal versus Lahore Customs.

On Wednesday, it also heard cases of Multan Customs Intelligence and Investigation versus Nisar Ahmed, Khalid and Brothers versus Lahore Customs, Muhammad Amjed Khan versus Lahore Customs, Ziarate Khan versus Multan Customs, Amjad Ali versus Lahore Customs, Pak Star Automobile versus Lahore Customs, Syed Matiullah versus Lahore Customs, Kamran Khan versus Lahore Customs, Multan Customs Intelligence versus S.M. Food Makers, Zuluifqar Ali Anjum versus Multan Customs, Naveed Cargo versus Lahore Customs and A.S Enterprises versus Lahore Customs.

The bench-II heard 18 cases including Remaish International versus Lahore Customs, Inyat and Co versus Lahore Customs, Beco Iron and Steel versus Multan Customs Intelligence, Mir Buksh versus Faisalabad Customs and M.S Amin Khan versus Lahore Customs.

Tribunal also heard cases of Muhammad Shakeel versus Lahore Customs, Nadir Shah versus Faisalabad Customs, Raza Ali Shah versus Faisalabad Customs Intelligence, DK Industries versus Faisalabad Customs Intelligence and Jan Muhammad versus Multan Customs.
