Customs Tribunal puts off five important cases after hearings

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal’s Division Bench-II, comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Member Technical Imran Tariq, heard five important cases and adjourned all until the next hearing.

The Customs Appellate Tribunal’s Division bench heard cases of H.S Rukan-ud-Din Versus Customs Lahore, Directorate Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Lahore Versus Fasnna Impex, Customs Lahore Versus Ahmed Traders.

On Wednesday, the tribunal’s Division Bench-II also heard cases of Directorate Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Lahore Versus Chaudhary Flour and Customs Lahore Versus Ahemd Traders.

The tribunal also heard eight cases of Raaz Muhammad Versus Directorate Multan Unit DG Khan, Al Rehman Fabrics Versus Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Faisalabad, Zainab DF Versus Customs Lahore, Muhammad Umer Versus Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Multan, Gogha Shahbaz Versus Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Faisalabad and Al-Hamra Fabrics Versus Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Faisalabad.

The tribunal reserved the verdicts of few cases and adjourned the hearing of all other cases till the next hearing.
