Customs Tribunal ‘s Member puts off hearing filed against MCC & Intelligence & Investigation

ISLAMABAD: Customs Appellate Tribunal’s Member Technical Ziaddin Wazir dated in office the hearing on customs cases of Raja Nabeel, Waqas Enterprises, Arshad Khan and Musawir Shah.

Raja Nabeel had filed the cases against Directorate Intelligence and Investigation Islamabad. Other three appellants had filed their cases against Model Customs Collectorate Islamabad.

The appellants had filed cases against Directorate General Investigation and Intelligence Islamabad and Model Customs Collectorate Islamabad.

Earlier another bench had directed the parties to ensure presence before the bench on the next date of hearing with the directives to prepare for final arguments while hearing customs references filed by M/s Klaguardia Logistics and M/s Trade Master and Model Customs Collectorate Islamabad.

The Customs Appellate Tribunal’s bench, consisting of Members Tribunal Syed Muhammad Anwar and Muhammad Nasir Khan, had heard the cases filed by M/s Klaguardia Logistics and M/s Trade Master against Model Customs Collectroate Islamabad.
