ISLAMABAD: The Customs Appellate Tribunal Bench-II today will hear three customs cases filed against Islamabad Customs Adjudication collector.
A single bench, comprising Technical Member Muhammad Nasir Khan would hear all three cases filed by same company, i.e. M/s Amson Vaccines Private Limited, Islamabad.
The company had filed three different petitions, 53/CU/IB/2015, 54/CU/IB/2015, and 136/CU/IB/2015 through its Counsel Sikandar Qazi.
The company had challenged various decision of customs department before the tribunal through aforementioned petitions.
