LHC grants stay order to Mushtaq Leather Industries against auction of shops‏

MULTAN: The Lahore High Court (LHC) Multan Bench has granted a stay order to Mushtaq Leather Industries against the auction of their two commercial shops.

According to details, the Customs Multan recovery branch served notices on Mushtaq Leather Industries for the collection of Rs 40  million taxes. But the company started using delaying tactics and failed to pay any tax.
