Customs Valuation Department re-determines values of BOPP films through VR No 718/2015

KARACHI: The Directorate General of Customs Valuation has re-determined the Customs values of BOPP films through a fresh Valuation Ruling No.718/2015 under Section 25-A of the Customs Act, 1969. The said Valuation Ruling has superseded the previous Valuation Ruling No 603/2013 related to BOPP films.
According to details, the customs values of BOPP Film plain (above 12microns) from China having PCT Code 3920.2010 and proposed PCT for WeBOC is 3920.2010.1000 has fixed at $2.14 per kg.
The customs values of BOPP Film plain (above 12microns) from Europe, USA and Canada origins having PCT Code 3920.2010 and proposed PCT for WeBOC is 3920.2010.1100 has fixed at $2.36 per kg.
The customs values of BOPP film plain (above 12microns) from all origins having PCT Code 3920.2010 and proposed PCT for WeBOC is 3920.2010.1200 has fixed at $2.25 per kg.
The customs values of BOPP film plain (Up to 12microns) from China having PCT Code 3920.2010 and proposed PCT for WeBOC is 3920.2010.1300 has fixed at $2.35per kg.
The customs values of BOPP film plain (Up to 12microns) from Europe, USA and Canada origins having PCT Code 3920.2010 and proposed PCT for WeBOC is 3920.2010.1400 has fixed at $2.59per kg.
The customs values of BOPP film plain (Up to 12microns) from all origins having PCT Code 3920.2010 and proposed PCT for WeBOC is 3920.2010.1500 has fixed at $2.47 per kg.
The customs values of BOPP film metalized from China Origin having PCT Code 3920.2030 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 3920.2030.1000 has fixed at $2.65 per kg.
The customs values of BOPP film metalized from Europe, USA and Canada origins having PCT Code 3920.2030 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 3920.2030.1100 has fixed at $2.92 per kg.
The customs values of BOPP film metalized from all origins having PCT Code 3920.2030 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 3920.2030.1200 has fixed at $2.78 per kg.
The customs values of BOPP film capacitor grade (width of roll not exceeding 120 mm from China Origin having PCT Code 3920.2030 and proposed PCT for WeBOC is 3920.2030.1300 has fixed at $6.45 per kg.
The customs values of BOPP film capacitor grade (width of roll not exceeding 120mm from Europe, USA and Canada origins having PCT Code 3920.2030 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 3920.2030.1400 has fixed at $7.10 per kg.
The customs values of BOPP film capacitor grade (width of roll not exceeding 120 mm from all origins having PCT Code 3920.2030 and proposed PCT for WeBOC is 3920.2030.1500 has fixed at $6.77 per kg.
