KARACHI: The Federal Board of Revenue’s (FBR) Directorate General Customs Valuation has revised the customs values of low-end brands’ zippers.
Customs Valuation Director Wasif Memon revised the customs values of low-end brands’ zippers vide Valuation Ruling No. 887/2016.
The values of zippers low-end brands cut-to-size under PCT 9607 are as under: The customs values of zippers metallic brass of China are fixed at $6.3/kg, of Indonesia at $6.7/kg, of Korea at $6.85/kg, of Taiwan at $6.82/kg, of Thailand/Vietnam/Hong Kong at $6.77/kg and other Asian countries at $6.80/kg.
The customs values of zippers nylon/polyester/plastic of China are fixed at $4.34/kg, of Indonesia at $4.6/kg, of Korea at $4.9/kg, of Taiwan at $4.8/kg, of Thailand/Vietnam/Hong Kong at $4.7/kg and other Asian countries at $4.80/kg.
The customs values of zippers Aluminium of China are fixed at $3.65/kg, of Indonesia at $4.05/kg, of Korea at $4.34/kg, of Taiwan at $4.2/kg, of Thailand/Vietnam/Hong Kong at $4.1/kg and other Asian countries at $4.3/kg.
The values of zippers low-end brands in rolls under PCT 9607 are as under: The customs values of zippers metallic brass of China are fixed at $5.8/kg, of Indonesia at $6.1/kg, of Korea at $6.45/kg, of Taiwan at $6.25/kg, of Thailand/Vietnam/Hong Kong at $6.15/kg and other Asian countries at $6.30/kg.
The customs values of zippers nylon/polyester/plastic of China are fixed at $2.15/kg, of Indonesia at $2.5/kg, of Korea at $2.68/kg, of Taiwan at $2.62/kg, of Thailand/Vietnam/Hong Kong at $2.55/kg and other Asian countries at $2.65/kg.
The customs values of zippers Aluminium of China are fixed at $3.35/kg, of Indonesia at $4.10/kg, of Korea at $4.4/kg, of Taiwan at $4.3/kg, of Thailand/Vietnam/Hong Kong at $4.2/kg and other Asian countries at $4.3/kg.
