Customs values of UPS units determined through valuation ruling no.677/2014

KARACHI: Directorate General of Customs Valuation has determined the customs values of Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) units through valuation ruling no. 677/2014 under section 25-A of the Customs Act, 1969. The Valuation Ruling No.677/2014 regarding the UPS has superseded the previous valuation ruling no. 447/2012.

Customs value of Line-Interactive UPS up to 500 VA with batteries having HS Code 8504.4010 in Class A has been fixed at $ 54, in Class-B fixed at $ 30 and in Class C fixed at $ 24.

Customs value of Line-Interactive UPS from 500 VA to 650 VA with batteries having HS Code 8504.4010 in Class A has been fixed at $ 70, in Class-B fixed at $ 39 and in Class C fixed at $ 31.

Customs value of Line-Interactive UPS from 651 VA to 1.0 KVA with batteries having HS Code 8504.4010 in Class A has been fixed at $ 295, in Class-B fixed at $ 162 and in Class-C fixed at $ 130.

Customs value of Line-Interactive UPS above 1.0 KVA up to 1.5 KVA with batteries having HS Code 8504.4010 in Class A has been fixed at $ 425, in Class B fixed at $ 234 and in Class C fixed at $ 187.

Customs value of Line-Interactive UPS above 1.5 KVA up to 2.0 KVA with batteries having HS Code 8504.4090 in Class A has been fixed at $ 640, in Class B fixed at $ 352 and in Class C fixed at $ 282.

Customs value of On-Line UPS from 500 VA to 650 VA with batteries having HS Code 8504.4090 in Class A has been fixed at $ 950, in Class B fixed at $ 523 and in Class C fixed at $ 418.

Customs value of On-Line UPS above 650 VA up to 1 KVA with batteries having HS Code 8504.4090 in Class A has been fixed at $ 400, in Class B fixed at $ 220 and in Class C fixed at $ 176.

Customs value of On-Line UPS above 1 KVA up to 2 KVA with batteries having HS Code 8504.4090 in Class A has been fixed at $ 680, in Class B fixed at $ 374 and in Class C fixed at $ 299.

Customs value of On-Line UPS above 2 KVA up to 3 KVA with batteries having HS Code 8504.4090 in Class A has been fixed at $ 850, in Class B fixed at $ 468 and in Class C fixed at $ 374.

Customs value of On-Line UPS above 4 KVA to 5 KVA with batteries having HS Code 8504.4090 in Class-A has been fixed at $ 1565, in Class-B fixed at $ 861 and in Class C fixed at $ 689.

Customs value of On-Line UPS from 5 KVA up to 6 KVA with batteries having HS Code 8504.4090 in Class A has been fixed at $ 1850, in Class B fixed at $ 1018 and in Class C fixed at $ 814.

Customs value of On-Line UPS above 6 KVA up to 8 KVA with batteries having HS Code 8504.4090 in Class A has been fixed at $ 2400, in Class B fixed at $ 1320 and in Class C fixed at $ 1056.

Customs value of On-Line UPS above 8 KVA up to 10 KVA with batteries having HS Code 8504.4090 in Class-A has been fixed at $ 2,750, in Class-B fixed at $ 1,513 and in Class C fixed at $ 1,210.

Customs value of On-Line UPS above 10 KVA up to 16 KVA with batteries having HS Code 8504.4090 in Class-A has been fixed at $ 4,400, in Class-B fixed at $ 2,420 and in Class C fixed at $ 1,936.

Customs value of On-Line UPS above 16 KVA up to 20 KVA with batteries having HS Code 8504.4090 in Class-A has been fixed at $ 5,500, in Class-B fixed at $ 3,025 and in Class C fixed at $ 2,420.

Customs value of On-Line UPS above 20 KVA up to 30 KVA with batteries having HS Code 8504.4090 in Class-A has been fixed at $ 7,500, in Class-B fixed at $ 5,109 and in Class C fixed at $ 4,087.

Customs value of On-Line UPS above 30 KVA up to 40 KVA with batteries having HS Code 8504.4090 in Class-A has been fixed at $ 10,200, in Class B fixed at $ 7,333 and in Class C fixed at $ 5,866.

Customs value of On-Line UPS above 40 KVA up to 60 KVA with batteries having HS Code 8504.4090 in Class A has been fixed at $ 12,600, in Class B fixed at $ 8,500 and in Class C fixed at $ 6,800.

Customs value of On-Line UPS above 60 KVA up to 90 KVA with batteries having HS Code 8504.4090 in Class-A has been fixed at $ 15,200, in Class-B fixed at $ 10,700 and in Class C fixed at $ 8,560.

Customs value of On-Line UPS above 90 KVA up to 120 KVA with batteries having HS Code 8504.4090 in Class-A has been fixed at $ 21,400, in Class B fixed at $ 13,000 and in Class C fixed at $ 10,400.

Customs value of On-Line UPS above 120 KVA up to 160 KVA with batteries having HS Code 8504.4090 in Class-A has been fixed at $ 25,700, in Class B fixed at $ 16,000 and in Class C fixed at $ 13,500.

Customs value of On-Line UPS to 160 KVA to 200 KVA with batteries having HS Code 8504.4090 in Class A has been fixed at $ 32,200, in Class B fixed at $ 18,000 and in Class C fixed at $ 15,500.
