Dar assures full support for flood-hit Sindh province

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar assured the Sindh government of full support of the federal government.

The assurance was made during a meeting of Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah with the finance minister, said a press release issued here.

Dar assures full support for flood-hit Sindh province

CM Sindh apprised the finance minister of the damages caused by the unprecedented floods and shared about relief and rehabilitation works being carried out in flood-affected areas.

Finance Minister expressed the resolve of the federal government to stand hand in hand with the Sindh government in this difficult time caused by devastating floods.

He extended full support and cooperation of the federal government in the relief and rehabilitation of the flood affected people and for the development of the province.

Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Inaam Memon, Chairman FBR, Secretary Finance and senior officers attended the meeting.
