KARACHI: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) is going to collect all required data of its staff members who have dual nationality.
Sources told Customs Today that the FBR has issued a circular in this regard to all chief commissioners, chief collectors and relevant departments in this regard. In the circular, they are required to provide full details of their nationality by August 28, 2015.
Ssou ces further revealed that if this data will not be submitted to the competent authorities then strict actional will be taken against those officials/staff members. It is pertinent to mention here, that FBR asked its employees to provide details of their dual nationality before.
