DC Nauman Tashfeen bans entry of un-authorized persons in appraisement

LAHORE: Collectorate of Customs Appraisement and Facilitation Dryport Mughalpura Deputy Collector Mohammad Nauman Tashfeen has issued public notice banning un-authorized persons in the premises.

The public noticed read as “it has been observed with great concern that some individuals are working as customs clearing agents in different branches are associated for helping the importer in sorting out illegal ways of clearing their imported goods, without customs agent license or permit. They are also facilitating in providing information to other departments.

It is hereby ordered that all irrelevant and some individuals are working as customs clearing agents some individuals are working as customs clearing agents shall not be allowed in the customs premises.  All customs agents, representatives thereof and other workers should hang their identifications cards without entrance in the customs premises will be prohibited.”
