DC Shafiq holds his office after 20 days foreign tour

LAHORE: Deputy Collector of Customs Headquarter Shafiqur Rehman has resumed office after a 20-day leave.

Deputy Collector Shafiqur Rehman was on foreign tour to US for 20 days following a private reason.

In the absence of the DC, Customs House statistical officer Muhammad Afzal was given additional charge of the DC Headquarters.

Meanwhile, the collector of Model Customs Collector Lahore Preventive has also distributed work between two officers.

The DC Headquarter will look after Anti- Smuggling Organization and the statistical officer will also look after matter related to management of Lahore Preventive to lessen work load on the DC, sources informed further.
