KARACHI: Customs Adjudication deputy collector headquarters warned that during hearing of cases regarding self-basis filed GDs (good declaration) no clearing agent is allowed to appear according to customs laws.
The notice further stated any agent who found involved in violation of such law, the case will be forwarded to competent authority for cancellation of his license.
