COPENHAGEN: A Danish ship finance bank has said it is looking at an IPO to help boost its financial position.
The chairman of Danmarks Skibskredit, Peter Lybecker, said in a statement today that the company has “initiated a strategic review of multiple possibilities which can facilitate the continued development of Danmarks Skibskredit’s ship finance operations, which could improve the share liquidity.”
The review includes including an initial public offering and a sale of shares.
