Excise, Taxation, Narcotics deptt to upgrade websites

KARACHI: Department of Excise, Taxation and Narcotics have already started work to upgrade their websites. The main objective of this move is to provide better information to the clients.

Talking to Customs Today, an official of the Excise Department said that they always tried to enhance the required data on its website. He further said that “we were receiving our customer’s complaints that they were facing problems while operating websites.”

After monitoring the systems we found that customers complaints are correct so we decided to upgrade our websites.

The official further revealed that now we also decided to create a special section in Urdu language that may enable to our valued clients to assess our site more easily. He said that batch of oneline motor verification will be simplified. He said that work on these websites will be completed during the end of current month
