ISLAMABAD: Shams-uz-Zaman, Customs Ex-Cadre/BS-18, Deputy Chemical Examiner, Model Customs Collectorate of Exports, Custom House, Karachi, has been suspended with immediate effect.
The Competent Authority, exercising powers conferred upon it under Section 5(1)(i) of the Government Servants (Efficiency & Discipline) Rules, 1973, suspended the officer.
Meanwhile, on directions of the learned Federal Services Tribunal, Lahore, Mashal Ahmad Khan has been reinstated in the service as Assistant Director (MIS), BS-17, (previously Computer Programmer) Regional Tax Office, Gujranwala with immediate effect.
