Deputy Collector Adjudication reserves verdict in seven seizure cases‏

MULTAN: Deputy Collector Customs Adjudication Farhat Ali has heard 15 cases and reserved judgement in seven seizure cases.

According to details, Deputy Collector Farhat Ali has conducted proceedings of seizure cases formed by Anti-Smuggling Organization along with Customs Intelligence and Investigation. During the hearing of cases, Deputy Collector Farhat Ali concluded the hearing of seven seizure cases. The Customs adjudication deputy collector reserved verdict in seven cases, including three cases of seized vehicles and four cases of miscellaneous goods, including tyres, alcohol and mobile phone accessories.

The Customs Adjudication will issue Order-in-Original (OnO) of the seven cases soon and remaining cases were adjourned for the next hearing. The hearing of the remaining seizure cases will be fixed soon.
