Deputy Collector Aitazaz Khan exonerated from allegations

ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has exonerated Dr Muhammad Aitazaz Khan (PCS/BS-18) from the charges levelled against him.

The Board issued exoneration notification after the disciplinary proceedings under Government Servant (Efficiency & Discipline) Rule, 1973 against the officer, who is presently posted as Deputy Collector, Model Customs Collectorate of Appraisement, Lahore.

Meanwhile, in accordance with the instructions circulated vide Board’s circular No 1, par 7 bearing C.No.1(4)M(HRM)/2012 dated 23-07-2012, the Performance Allowance (equivalent o 10% of basic pay) admissible to Asdaq Afzal Sensera (PCS/BS-18), presently posted as Deputy Collector, Model Customs Collectorate, Sialkot has been de-notified from 24.11.2014 to24.05.2015. The officer will have to appear for fresh IJP after 24.05.2015 for restoration of the Performance Allowance.

Performance Allowance of Rana Irfan Shaukat (PCS/BS-17), presently posted as Assistant Collector, Model Customs Collectorate, Faisalabad, has been de-notified from 28.10.2014 to 28.04.2015. The officer will have to appear for fresh IJP after 28.04.2015 for restoration of the Performance Allowance.

Moreover, Performance Allowance of Fazal-e-Subhan (IRS/BS-18), presently posted as Deputy Commissioner-IR, Regional Tax Office, Abbottabad, has been restored from 26-12-014.
