Deputy Collector Saima Ayaz issues notice to owner of NDP vehicle

FAISALABAD: The Customs Adjudication Deputy Collector Saima Ayaz has issued a show cause notice to the owner of non duty paid Toyota Corolla car.

As per details, the Faisalabad Anti Smuggling Organization (ASO) Misnwali intercepted a Toyota Corolla car bearing registration no: PN-004 near M.M Alam Road near Toll Plaza Mianwali but the driver did not stop the vehicle and escaped.

ASO Superintendent Chaudhary Sardar Muhammad along with his team impounded the vehicle and forward the case to Customs Adjudication for further legal action.

Saima Ayaz also directed the customs officials to submit reply in the impounded vehicle case for further proceedings. She also directed ASO Assistant Collector Shah Samad Hamadani to attend the hearing on the scheduled date along with relevant record.
