ISLAMABAD: Customs Intelligence and Investigation Director General (DG) Lutfullah Virk has decided to establish a fair price shop in the Islamabad headquarters to facilitate employees.
Confiscated goods will be provided to the directorate employees at cheaper rates. An office order has been issued in this regard. According to the order, a five-member committee has been formed to run the fair price shop. The committee will be headed by Additional Director Headquarters Muhammad Asif. Rest of the four members include: a deputy director, superintendent, senior intelligence officer and a sepoy.
The committee will evaluate the prices of things. Officials of Customs Intelligence and Investigation have showed their pleasure on the decision.
