DG Post-Clearance Audit bans use of mobile phone during office timings

ISLAMABAD: Director General Post-Clearance Audit Sumera Nazir has took a serious notice of the use of mobile phone during duty hours by the lower grade staff and imposed a ban on the use of mobile phone during the office hours.

She ordered the Deputy Director Headquarters, Shafqat Ahmad, to issue a warning to the violators. Director General Deputy Director HQ issued an office order in this regard.

He said it has been observed that Sepoys, Drivers and class-1V employees of the directorate general office frequently use mobile phone during the office hours. This act is against the office decorum and discipline therefore use of mobile phone is strictly banned during the office hours.

On violation, the set will be forfeited and disciplinary proceedings under E&D Rules 1973 will also be initiated.
