DG Rangers gives away certificates to officials for combating smuggling

LAHORE: Punjab Rangers Director General Umer Farooq Burki has awarded certificates among the Ranges’ personnel’s who performed outstanding in combating and taking excellent measures against smuggling across the boarder along sides the Indian border.

During a two-day commando conference which was presided over by director general, top officials of Rangers discussed professional, managerial and welfare affairs besides reviewing boarders’ exist and entrance vigilance.

 The DG expressed his satisfaction over the training and preparations of the Punjab Rangers and instructed them to be ready to face every kind of challenging situation.

 The DG also instructed the Ranger personnel’s to respond every action of the enemy against the country on the working boundaries with full force.

The DG Umer Farooq Burki gave away certificates to the Rangers’ officials for outstanding performance against the smuggling activities and any illegal transportation of items from the neighboring countries inside. Burki also expressed his resolve to work with other law enforcement agencies to ensure prevalence law and order
