Only property tax in few regions has been collected up to satisfactory mark otherwise all of the other taxes are collected below the targets. Performance of Region “A” and Region “B” are satisfactory as they achieved big portion of their targets but collection of Region “C” is not up to the mark. These Three Regions are of Lahore even these regions are lagging behind in collection of taxes other than property tax.

Region Dera Ghazi Khan, Sahiwal and Multan have badly failed to achieve their targets even of property taxes, which is much better in other Regions of Punjab. Region Gujranwala and Rawalpindi are also not up to the mark in tax collections.

Government of Punjab has increased the property tax revenue target even after this performance.
