KUALA LUMPUR: The retail price of RON95 and RON97 petrol for the month of August will remain unchanged, while the price of diesel will increase by 10 sen from today.
President of Malaysia Petron Petrol Dealers Association Alang Zari Ishak in confirming the matter said the retail price for RON95 petrol remained at RM1.75 per litre, while RON97 stood at RM2.10 per litre (including the 6 per cent Goods and Services Tax (GST)).
Speaking to Bernama, Alang said the retail price for diesel, however, would be up by 10 sen to RM1.70 per litre.
