DGTR Director Zeba Azhar tells officials to improve performance

KARACHI: Director of Directorate General of Training and Research (DGTR) Zeba Azhar has presided over a special meeting at her office and stress upon the officials to improve their performance.

Sources told Customs Today that it was the first meeting of the DGTR director with the officials and she was briefed on the seminars and training sessions being held in the directorate by the end of this current year.

Sources said that the Pakistan Customs would hold three to four seminars and training sessions for the federal officers and also hold training sessions for the clearing agents in connection with the newly introduced Electronic Import Form (EIF).

It is pertinent to mention here that the DGTR of Pakistan Customs has already organized two training sessions of the clearing agents in connection with EIF training at DGTR Building.

The sources further said that the Director DGTR Zeba Azhar would also call on by the Director General of DGTR Ghulam Muhammad in order to brief the working affairs of the directorate.
