Directorate of Internal Audit directs inspection team to complete audit of Multan Customs by July 27

MULTAN: Directorate of Internal Audit (Customs) has directed inspection team to complete audit of Collectorate of Customs Enforcement & Compliance (E&C) Multan till July 27, 2021.

Collectorate of Customs Enforcement & Compliance is going through audit process of fiscal year 2019-20 and up to 2020-21. Directorate of Internal Audit (Customs) is examining the record of Multan Customs for last two and half year.

Additional Director Talib Hussain had nominated three officials from Directorate of Internal Audit (Customs) to inspect record of Multan Customs for audit plan for the month of July 2021.

Additional Collector Talib Hussain has nominated three audit officers for the audit of MCC (E&C) Multan. Audit team will discuss the strategy of Collectorate to achieve the revenue target assigned by the Federal Board of Revenue. They will also compare previous fiscal record attained of MCC Multan and will compile their report after assessing it.

Further they also will inspect the record for allocation/disposal of confiscated /tampered vehicles record during the audit for the economic year 2015-16.The inspection team have been directed by Additional Director Talib Hussain to discuss the inspection report with the Additional Collector Ghulam Kamboh MCC Multan so that view point of the Collectorate may be considered before issuance of inspection report.
