LAHORE: DJ Butt has withdrawn its application from the Lahore High Court (LHC) in Rs 7 million sales tax case against the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA).
Earlier, DJ Butt had challenged the case in the LHC that the Punjab Revenue Authority sent him a notice to pay Rs 7 million tax in 2014-15. He claimed that he had already paid all taxes.
Yesterday, the counsel for DJ Butt appeared before the court and submitted that the appellant wanted to peruse the case before the PRA and wanted to withdraw its case from the LHC. After hearing the argument, the LHC allowed DJ Butt to withdraw the case.
