The Dodge Journey Blacktop Edition has been introduced recently in Australia by Fiat Chrysler as the model has a starting price of 38,500 AUD, plus on-road costs.
Fiat Chrysler Australia has announced the introduction of the Dodge Journey Blacktop Edition. The model in question is adding 2,000 AUD to the flagship Journey R/T on which it has been based and it is carrying a price of 38,500 AUD, plus on-road costs. The carmaker is stating that the Blacktop exclusive is packing features such as the gloss black finish for the front grille, side mirror housings, intake surround, 19-inch alloy wheels and it is getting a six-color choice for the exterior, which includes the Billet Silver, Granite Crystal, Pitch Black, Redline Red, Pearl White Tri-Coat and White.
Some of the standard goodies found on the Dodge Journey Blacktop Edition include the rearview camera, rear parking sensors, leather upholstery, heated front seats, six-speaker audio system with subwoofer and amplifier, 8.4-inch touch screen infotainment system with audio streaming, Bluetooth connectivity and satellite navigation system, the 9.0-inch second row video screen with wireless headphones and so on. For 1,500 USD, the Flexible Seating Group package can be added which is bringing the two extra seats in the rear.
All units of the Dodge Journey sold in Australia are taking their power from the 3.6 liter V6 petrol engine, which is rated at 206 kW and 342 Nm of torque. Fuel consumption stands at 10.4 liters every 100 km, in a combined cycle.
