The FBR chairman pressed the button to make the website operational. The website boasts of several features allowing the visitors and users to access material about a broad range of Foundation’s activities as well as download membership forms and other documents uploaded for the Foundation members.

Speaking on the occasion, the FBR chairman lauded what he called an appreciable speed of work with which different initiatives and projects were being rolled out under the banner of the FBR Foundation. He hoped the Foundation would measure up to the expectations of serving and retired FBR employees and provide them an ideal platform to use their energies and resources for collective welfare.

Addressing the gathering, Secretary Health Muhammad Ayub Sheikh announced the facility of health cards under the Prime Minister’s Health Insurance Scheme for the members of FBR Foundation. He said the Foundation members would be required to pay a small annual premium and they would be entitled to enjoy a host of medical facilities available under the Scheme.
