Customs Valuation issues fresh values of cleaning, washing brushes

KARACHI: Directorate of Customs Valuation issued fresh ruling of cleaning, washing, sweeping and dusting brushes vide Valuation Ruling No. 933/2016 under  section 25-A of Customs Act 1069.

Sources told Customs Today that prior to this Directorate General Customs Valuation issued valuation ruling of washing, sweeping and dusting bushes on March 31st 2014 vide Valuation Ruling No. 665/2014. International markets witnessed witness many fluctuations in actual prices of these brushes so after the passage of two years Customs Valuation authorities decided to re-determined the customs values of dusting, sweeping and washing brushes.
