The event will also include a number of break-out ‘masterclass’ sessions and workshops where attendees will receive expert advice on a range of topics including: brand design and marketing, online lead generation, sales techniques, financing for growth, procurement, export support, internationalizing your business, online payments, technologies for SMEs, business planning, conflict management, human resources and organizational development.

According to Dublin Chamber President Greg Clarke: “The line-up for Momentum Summit features a fantastic mix of some of Ireland brightest business minds, alongside a number of our brightest entrepreneurs. In Mark Gallagher we have secured one of the finest motivational speakers around. During his career, he has worked with many leading sporting figures and developed a unique insight into the way they operate. I look forward to hearing from Brody Sweeney about dealing with the highs and lows of being in business and about how he has been able to pick himself up so spectacularly with the Camile takeaway chain, while Niall McGarry is arguably one of this country’s brightest and most ambitious young entrepreneurs with a great story to tell.”

One of the standout sessions of the day will come in the afternoon when a panel of some of Ireland’s most successful sports stars will share their thoughts on how individuals can achieve a competitive advantage in their chosen field. Chaired by RTE presenter Des Cahill, the panel will include Dublin footballer Bernard Brogan, former Kilkenny hurler Henry Shefflin, former Ireland rugby captain Fiona Coughlan and professional cyclist Nicholas Roche.

Mr Clarke added: “When sport and business come together in this type of environment it is always fascinating. As business people, we can learn a huge amount from listening to leading sports people who know what it takes to maximise potential and be successful. This session will provide the perfect ending to what I’m confident will be one of the business event highlights of 2015.”
