ISLAMABAD: Jehan Bahadar, a Pakistan Customs Service officer of BS-18, has been given minor penalty.
The officer was punished under Government Servants (Efficiency & Disciplinary) Rules, 1973. The performance allowance (equivalent to 100 per cent of basic pay) admissible to the officer, presently posted as Deputy Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Adjudication), Islamabad, has been de-notified with effect from March 17 to September 16. The officer will have to appear for fresh IJP after September 16, 2016 for restoration of the allowance.
