ISLAMABAD: Muhammad Iqbal KK, Deputy Superintendent, has been acquitted/exonerated from the charges levelled against him.
As per details, the disciplinary proceedings were initiated against the officer, presently posted at Model Customs Collectorate, Hyderabad, under Government Servants Efficiency & Discipline) Rules, 1973. Muhammad Nayyer Shafiq, Additional Collector, MCC (Preventive), Lahore, was appointed as inquiry officer to probe into the charges levelled against the officer.
On the basis of inquiry report, the authorised officer/Chief (Management-Customs) FBR acquitted/exonerated Muhammad Iqbal from the charges levelled against him.
