NEW YORK: 2015 Skoda Superb render based on our spy shots and on the official sketches, the envisioned model source is WorldCarFans reader.
The Czech company’s flagship model is about to get a lot more interesting in terms of design and replace it with a more fresh look. The dual opening of the trunk at the new 2015 Superb has been removed thus granting a more appealing rear end for the Skoda sedan which will be a liftback just like its smaller brother, the Octavia.
2015 Skoda Superb set to ride on a stretched version of the MBQ platform, will be largely based on the VW Passat B8 and compared to the model it’s set to replace it will be 20mm longer and 50mm wider, despite shaving off up to 75 kg (165 lbs) and it will boost trunk space to 625 liters when the rear seats are in position and to 1,760 liter if folded and to be additional legroom for rear passengers.
Skoda has already announced the all-new 2015 Skoda Superb will be revealed mid-February next-year, followed by a Geneva Motor Show public debut. Sales of the sedan will begin mid-next-year at a starting price estimated cost at €25,000.
