Election of Customs Officers’ Association on 20th

KARACHI: The elections of Pakistan Customs Officers’ Association will be held on December 20 after six years as the last elections were conducted in year 2012.

Last date for filing the nomination papers is December 10, while scrutiny of the nomination papers will be conducted on December 11 and the final list of the candidates would be displayed on December 12.

Former Member Customs Ramzan Bhatti will hold elections being Chief Election Commissioner.

Currently, Imtiaz Ahmed is President of the association, Junaid Akram is Vice President, Basit Maqsood Abbasi is General Secretary, Raza is Joint Secretary and Shahnaz Maqbool is Finance Secretary, while the Members include Wasif Memon, Arsalan Subuctageen, Mohammad Ismail, Khalid Jamali, Hoonaq Baloch, Moin Wani, Karam Ilahi and Kamran Azam.
