Enterprise System Solutions acquires UK-based software firm

LONDON: Enterprise System Solutions Pvt Ltd (ESSPL), a city-based global technology services provider, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ION Information Technologies Ltd (IONIT), a software services company based in UK. The acquisition has been done through ESSPL’s subsidiary- UK Enterprise System Solutions Ltd.

IONIT has a track record of delivering technology solutions to its customers in UK. With this acquisition, EESPL will expand its presence in the UK, widen its customer base and ensure better integration of its global workforce to benefit customers across Europe, said a release of the company.

IONIT, with 20 years of market presence, has long standing relationships with some large corporates in the UK. It has a partner relationship with ESSPL since 2003 and the two companies already have a successful history of delivering software solutions to many UK customers.
