EPB defaulter of Rs 3.45 million water, sewerage dues

KARACHI: The Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) is defaulter of Rs 3.4 million of the Karachi Water and Sewerage Board .

The EPB has yet to pay outstanding dues since long. The dues have been liable under the head of water charges, sewerage charges, fire charges and current bill, sources told Customs Today.

According to the breakup, the EPB is liable to pay current amount of Rs 283,461, Rs 21,248,878 arrears for water charges, Rs 4,122,121 arrears for sewerage and Rs 4,866,081 arrears for fire services. The total outstanding dues of Rs 3.45 million are to be cleared by the EPB.
