Equitable share of CPEC should be ensured to province: Dr Shahzad Waseem

ISLAMABAD: Equivalent development opportunities should be provided to all provinces through China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project, advisor to chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and former Senator, Dr Shahzad Waseem said.

Addressing a seminar for South Asian countries delegation of IDCPC entitled “One belt one road strategy” held at Guandong University of Foreign Studies in Guanzhou province of China, Dr. Shahzad Waseem said that no doubt CPEC project is a milestone for regional development but we must use it to win hearts and minds of people through inclusive growth and providing equivalent development opportunities to all provinces, said a message received here.

Justified share to all provinces will also promote peace and prosperity among the countrymen. The seminar was also attended and addressed by delegates of South Asian countries and office bearers of Chinese Think Tank.
